Story Viewer & Saver ProTerms of Use

These terms apply to the Story Viewer & Saver Pro app ("the App"), operated by Mordechai Zvi, Israel ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
1. What the App does
The App lets you view and save content that Instagram accounts have made public: profile details, stories, highlights, posts and reels. It cannot show content from private accounts. The App is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the App for personal, lawful purposes only.
- Content belongs to its creators. Respect their copyright and privacy: save content only for your own personal use, and don't republish it without permission.
- Don't use the App to harass, stalk, threaten or monitor anyone.
- Don't attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the service.
3. Free use and paid plans
Free use includes a limited number of searches per day. Paid plans unlock unlimited searches, downloads and HD quality:
- Premium Weekly, Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Each subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- 7-Day Access is a one-time purchase that gives 7 days of access and does not renew.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.
4. Availability
The App depends on publicly available data from third parties. Content may sometimes be unavailable, delayed or incomplete, for example when an account becomes private or removes content. We may change or discontinue features.
5. No warranty and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content created by third parties.
6. Ending use
You can stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access in case of misuse of the service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
